**Vos missions**:
- Ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, vous portez et représentez nos « couleurs » auprès des client(e)s et participez activement à la vie quotidienne de la boutique et à sa performance commerciale.
- Vous accueillez et conseillez les clients dans leurs achats en leur apportant une qualité de service irréprochable.
- Vous êtes un membre actif et solidaire de l'équipe de vente par votre connaissance des indicateurs de performance et votre investissement pour l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes.
- Vous garantissez les standards de qualité KIKO en terme d'image (disposition des produits, merchandising, et bonne tenue du magasin) dans le respect des procédures.
- Vous adoptez et supportez les valeurs de la société.
**Votre profil**:
- Véritable « Beauty Addict»*, vous avez une formation en maquillage/cosmétique/esthétique associée à une expérience probante dans la vente
- En plus de votre excellente présentation et de votre passion pour la mode et/ou le maquillage, vous faites preuve de dynamisme, d'enthousiasme et de créativité
- Votre approche conseil-client et votre esprit d'équipe vous permettront de performer au sein de notre marque.
- Bilingue Français & Anglais ou Francais & Portugais, le luxembourgeois est un atout majeur.
