**Missions**:
Au sein de l'équipe Innovation et Transformation Digitale au Luxembourg, vous contribuez activement à l'accélération digitale de la Banque dans ses activités:
- Déployer la démarche Innovation et Transformation Digitale au sein des entités CA Indosuez Europe (Luxembourg et succursales en Italie, Belgique et Espagne).
- Décliner la feuille de route digitale du Groupe localement:
- Accompagner la communauté des Product Owners des chantiers stratégiques dans la conduite du changement
- S'assurer de la bonne appropriation et maîtrise de l'écosystème digital auprès des collaborateurs
- Contribuer activement au programme Experience Client et développer une culture de l'excellence relationnelle afin d'augmenter continuellement la satisfaction de notre clientèle.
- Favoriser la détection / génération d’idées innovantes au sein des entités, accompagner les porteurs d’initiatives en cycle-court dans la réalisation de celles-ci et assurer un déploiement fédéral.
- Promouvoir une culture de l’innovation et déployer les méthodes de travail propres à l’innovation favorisant l'intelligence collective.
- Assurer une démarche de veille technologique et mettre à disposition les moyens permettant de favoriser la concrétisation de solutions digitales.

- Vous avez une expérience ou appétence pour les méthodes de travail dites agiles (design thinking, lean startup, génération d'idées, facilitation graphique, management visuel), sensibilité aux pratiques UX/UI...
- L’esprit d’équipe, la forte capacité d’adaptation, l’agilité et la flexibilité sont des compétences requises pour ce poste.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, résultats et satisfaction client. Vous êtes également curieux et dynamique, avec une capacité à fédérer et à animer des acteurs sur un projet commun.

Français courant et un bon niveau d'anglais. Toute langue européenne esr un atout.
