**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the legal and tax aspects of the personal wealth and financial planning issues facing (U)HNW clients, with particular emphasis on Sweden
- Analyse and support new business cases involving subscription of insurance policies and/or their integration into existing wealth planning arrangements
- Participate actively in the analysis, development and launch of new product features and wealth solutions
- Build strong relationships with wealth planning, product management and commercial colleagues, supporting them proactively
- Assist in analysis of the legal and tax viability of wealth planning solutions for clients
- Liaise with external advisers; commission, analyse and summarise opinions
- Monitor changes in the financial planning environment and investigate the potential impact or opportunities for the company, its clients and its partners
- Provide technical assistance with wealth planning matters across the organisation
- Participate actively in marketing initiatives, including seminars, roundtables, newsletters and opinion pieces
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Wealth Planner Swedish market?
- Qualified lawyer, or tax law degree.
- 5 or more years of experience ideally in private client, wealth management, tax or insurance (An understanding of PPLI/Unit-Linked Life Insurance is an advantage.)
- Ability to concisely draft legal documents in Swedish and English
- Ability to work autonomously, to prioritise tasks and exercise sound judgement and creativity in finding solutions
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrable client and solution focus
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English. Proficiency in other languages is an asset
