Für unsere Abteilung Fund Administration suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Specialist (m/w/d) Fund Reporting. In dieser durch Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gekennzeichneten, anspruchsvollen Position übernehmen Sie an unserem Standort in Munsbach (Luxemburg) das Reporting unserer Fonds sowie deren Fondspreisveröffentlichung. Sie sind zuständig für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting-Landschaft und agieren als Bindeglied zwischen IT und Fachbereich.
IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Betreuung unseres Fonds-Reporting-Portals
- Erstellung individueller Reports für unsere externen und internen Kunden
- Weiterentwicklung unserer System-/ Datawarehouse-Landschaft
- Weiterentwicklung interner technischer Verarbeitungsweisen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Customer-Relationship-Manager sowie unsere Fondsinitiatoren
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts
IHR PROFIL
- Bankfachliche Ausbildung oder (erste) praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, ggf. ergänzt durch ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftlich bzw. mathematisch orientiertes Studium
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Affinität zur Datenverarbeitung (Grundkenntnissen in VBA- und SQL-Programmierung wünschenswert) und optimaler Weise Grundkenntnisse in Data Warehouse-Architekturen
- Erfahrungen im aufsichtsrechtlichen Fonds-Meldewesen / Regulatorik (bspw. Solvency II und VAGReporting) sind von Vorteil
- Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft, kundenorientiertes Handeln und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
