**Office Assistant & Receptionist (M/F)**:
Luxembourg, Home of RAK Porcelain Europe
RAK Porcelain Europe is implemented since 2006 in Luxembourg and is increasing its presence in
Europe. We count more than 60 employees in Luxembourg and Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients, maintenance, building property, cleaning service, providers, employees;
- Logistical management of the showroom, kitchen and meeting rooms including service in the showroom for management and customers;
- Ordering consumables & place orders (monitoring stock levels, identifying supply needs and placing orders with third party suppliers);
- Taking care of the daily mail;
- Cashing customer invoices (ATM);
- Various administrative tasks such as filing, electronic archiving;
- Hotels ‘bookings for our visitors and clients;
- Office organization, meeting rooms, storage room, kitchen, furniture;
- Maintain and develop a good atmosphere in the office and promoting the good use of the facilities;
- Involvement in other aspects of the office and giving support to all the departments of the office, where required.
**Skills / Experience**
- Excellent presence and work attitude, quick and willing learner;
- Proficient team player;
- Able to work in a team and autonomously;
- Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset;
- In case of positive selection, a certificate of good standing or an extract of the criminal record can be required.
