La Chambre de Commerce est l’institution phare des entreprises et de l’économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l’ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l’Horeca. Elle représente aujourd’hui quelques 90.000 entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l’emploi salarié.

La promotion de l’entrepreneuriat et de l’esprit d’entreprise, le soutien au développement et à l’internationalisation des entreprises, le développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et continue ou encore la promotion d’un cadre législatif et réglementaire propice au développement économique constituent quelques missions légales clés de cet établissement public au service des entreprises et de l’économie.

Votre rôle est de soutenir le déploiement de la stratégie de communication et marketing de la House of Entrepreneurship (HoE) de la Chambre de Commerce. Celle-ci soutient les entreprises et les porteurs de projets tout au long du parcours entrepreneurial. Les entrepreneurs peuvent ainsi faire appel à la House of Entrepreneurship pour obtenir notamment des conseils personnalisés en fonction de leurs besoins et participer à des workshops et événements sur diverses thématiques. Parmi les services offerts par la House of Entrepreneurship figurent notamment la création d’entreprise et le cadre règlementaire afférent, le développement, la digitalisation, le redressement et la transmission d’entreprises, ainsi que les informations relatives au financement et aux aides étatiques.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- collaborer étroitement à la réalisation des actions de communication auprès des principales parties prenantes.
- développer des systèmes et des rapports de performance, mener des analyses quantitatives détaillées pour mesurer l'efficacité et l'impact des campagnes et des activités en utilisant ces données pour guider les décisions stratégiques ;
- développer et gérer au quotidien le site web de la House of Entrepreneurship ;
- contribuer à la création de contenus engageants tels que des articles, des publications, des discours et présentations dynamiques ainsi qu’à la réalisation de vidéos et de campagnes digitales ;
- aider à l’organisation d’événements (conférences, workshops, webinaires ) ainsi qu’à la communication relative à ces initiatives et représenter la House of Entrepreneurship lors d’événements externes pour promouvoir ses activités en faveur des entreprises luxembourgeoises.

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- être titulaire d’un Master en communication, marketing, relations publiques, ou assimilés
- se prévaloir d’une expérience idéalement de 2 à 4 ans dans une fonction similaire
- faire preuve d’un fort intérêt et de connaissances sur le monde entrepreneurial
- disposer de très bonnes facultés d’expression écrite et orale en langues française, anglaise, luxembourgeoise et allemande
- posséder d’excellentes capacités de synthèse pour simplifier et vulgariser des contenus complexes
- posséder de bonnes capacités d’analyse et d’interprétation de données
- capacité à réaliser des reportings de campagne, définir des KPI’s pertinents et présenter des données de manière convaincante et accessible
- maitriser les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l’aise avec l’utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Sharepoint, MS Dynamics, Jira, Canva )
- disposer d’une aisance avec les différentes plateformes de réseaux sociaux
- gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et respecter les échéances
- posséder de bonnes capacités relationnelles et être capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- être curieux, investi et savoir faire preuve de flexibilité
