**Description du poste**:
**Votre mission**:

- Proposer et mettre en œuvre un processus et une méthodologie d'amélioration continue des services (CSI) avec les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), les rapports et les mécanismes de gouvernance associés
- Contribuer aux audits de service pour vérifier la conformité et les recommandations d'amélioration des services
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'agence et les fournisseurs pour comprendre les opportunités d'amélioration et pour dimensionner, étendre et générer des analyses de rentabilisation qui soutiennent la mise en œuvre de projets d'amélioration tout en établissant des priorités efficaces par rapport aux autres besoins de l'entreprise pour finalement produire des plans d'amélioration des services de qualité
- Aider la direction à prendre des mesures pour améliorer l'expérience de l'utilisateur final, telle que mesurée par les résultats mensuels de satisfaction client (CSAT).

**Profil recherché**:
**Vos qualifications professionnelles**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou école d'ingénieur Bac+4
- Minimum 9 ans d'expérience professionnelle en informatique
- Expérience professionnelle pertinente en assistance aux utilisateurs, formation ou rédaction de documentation.
- Certification en ITIL / ITIL V3 Foundation indispensable, ITIL Practitioner ou ITIL Expert souhaitable
- La certification Prince 2 est considérée comme un atout
- Expérience dans les procédures de qualité
- Compétences développées en communication et diplomatie avec une forte capacité à persuader et à influencer les relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes
- Expérience dans la gestion des livrables vis-à-vis de fournisseurs tiers dans une solution d'entreprise de haut niveau et / ou techniquement innovante
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle d'amélioration continue ou de gestion de services
- Très bonnes compétences en communication: oral, écrit, présentation, animation
