Blade Repair Wind Turbine Technician

Blade repair technicians are expected to make wind turbine blade inspection and repairs.

Tasks will include general, as well as specialized work and are described as follows:

- Inspect and identify damages on the blades
- Wear all required PPE on site during all times
- Climb multiple towers on a daily basis
- Perform minor and major blade repairs (cosmetic, lamination, core repairs,...)
- Be well organized and responsible for tools, equipment and consumables
- Have an environmental protection attitude
- Respect all rules of health and safety on site
- Give a good and professional image of the company
- Clean and tidy towards vehicles and accommodations

**Job requirements**:
You should hold a formal qualification in mechanical and/or electrical engineering with work experience within the wind turbine sector or related industries. Beyond that you will have the following experience and skills:

- GWO
- Good English knowledge
- Flexibility
- Valid driver's license (ideally BE driving license)
- Experience working as a blade technician (polyster/epoxy)
- Health and Safety awareness
- Systematic problem-solving behaviour
- Communication strength
- Customer focus
- Medical fitness is required
