Afin de compléter les équipes de notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un CONTROLEUR DE GESTION / PROJECT CONTROLLER (M/F/x). Ce poste fera partie intégrante de l'équipe finance, avec une reporting line au head of Finance de la société tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement.

Ce poste fera partie intégrante de l'équipe finance, avec une reporting line au head of Finance de la société tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement.
Robert Half a le plaisir de travailler pour un promoteur immobilier de renommée européenne. Le groupe est en activité depuis 1860 et se spécialise dans le biens immobiliers professionnels mais également résidentiels. Les projets se situent dans différents pays européens.
Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vos responsabilités se repartissent comme suit:
Contrôle financier
Revoir les comptes sociaux préparés par les comptables lors des clôtures (mensuelles)
Vérifier la cohérence des règles d'évaluation ;
Vérifier la classification correcte des coûts réels encourus ;
Vérifier la complétude des engagements dans les comptes.
Project Controller

**Lors de l'acquisition**:
Revoir/challenger les hypothèses de la faisabilité d'acquisition à la lumière:
Des documents de due diligence d'acquisition ;
Des rapports de valorisation ;
Des études de marché ;
Des conditions de l'offre d'acquisition ;
Des conditions de financement ;
Revoir les documents de présentation aux différents comités internes ;
Participer aux due diligence d'acquisition (examen des documents financiers et comptables) ;
Revoir l'offre d'acquisition.
Préparer les documents de présentation du projet ;
Préparer et présenter le business plan pour les banques ;
Suivre les négociations avec les banques.

**Au fil du projet**:
Examiner et challenger le développeur sur les hypothèses prises dans le Feaso (par exemple l'état du marché, le calendrier, etc.), l'état réel des ventes et des engagements (et évaluer l'impact possible sur le Feaso et les registres comptables) ;
Examiner et challenger les écarts entre les chiffres réels et le budget ou reforcast
Préparer en étroite concertation avec les développeurs, les revues trimestrielles des projets
Organiser et coordonner les réunions pour les reportings financiers trimestriels avec les différentes parties prenantes
Préparer les rapports financiers trimestriels ;
Etablir les plannings de trésorerie des différents projets ;
Valider et vérifier que les différents coûts (factures reçues) et structure de coûts sur les projets de développement sont conformes avec les engagements, la faisabilité et les plannings (en ce inclus la mise à jour du fichier Invoicing File ), le tout en concertation avec les responsables des équipes opérationnelles ;
Suivre et analyser le fichier des ventes prévisionnelles et suivre et analyser le fichier de suivi de la réalisation des ventes ;
Suivre la mise en œuvre des accords de crédit pour les projets
Coordonner les valorisations réalisées par les experts externes.
Les qualifications requises pour cette fonction sont les suivantes:
Master en Finance / Business administration ;
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience au sein d'un cabinet d'audit (BIG 4), d'une société commerciale ou d'une fiduciaire ;
Anglais et français, l'allemand serait un plus
Vous maîtrisez les outils Excel;
