**What will you do?**:
You will be joining our Sustainability Advisory Services team as part of larger multinational dynamic consultancy team. You will report to and work closely with the Sustainability Advisory Leader.
- Work across a range of industries to assist companies in better understanding the sustainability landscape;
- Support with client relationships, business development efforts and internal pieces on sustainability and ESG topics;
- Day-to-day management of ESG projects ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Development of compliance and engagement, gap analysis, metric/KPI identification and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials.
- Support with general sustainability topics;
- Be part of a dynamic and growing business line within BDO Luxembourg.
**This offer is for you if**:
- You are finishing or you recently validated a Master’s degree in Responsible Management, Management, Finance, Economics or comparable professional education in relevant fields;
- You have a first professional experience (internships included), ideally related to ESG;
- You have good understanding and knowledge of fundamental ESG frameworks, principles, conventions, regulatory regimes, and ESG reporting standards (e.g. CSRD, SFRD, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.);
- You have good project management skills, you communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- You are fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus.
