Luxembourg for Tourism (LFT), Luxembourg's national agency for tourism destination marketing and management, is looking for a social
media and community manager. Support us in showing Luxembourg's beauty to the world, increasing brand loyalty and growing our engaged
online community. Based in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, you will manage and develop the Visit Luxembourg social media channels and a current
community of over 180,000 followers.
Your tasks at LFT:
- You are on the front line of the Visit Luxembourg brand communication.
- First and foremost, you will manage the social media presence of Visit Luxembourg on Facebook and Instagram in alignment with the brand and the strategic guidelines. This includes:
- Publication calendar, quality control, content optimisation
- Create and/or curate the content for the specific channels
- Daily interaction with the community
- Social media monitoring and reporting
- We work with Crowdriff, Brandwatch, Falcon and other high performing tools: make them yours.
- Make connections: proactively support the team with community related questions (includes paid campaign, PR activities, etc.).
- Support the PR team with influencer relations and collaborations.
- There is room for more: introduction of potential new channels/projects to engage with future Luxembourg travellers.
Your profile and skills
- You are an experienced social media and community manager
- You are familiar with the concept and practices of destination marketing and/or digital marketing for a brand.
- You are a team player, responsive to feedback, and communicate in a professional way.
- You are a reflective, creative person, who likes to innovate in a strategic and collaborative way.
- You have a feeling for visual communication, and know what makes a good image and why.
- You are attentive to detail in both visuals and texts, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Linguistic flexibility expected: the working languages in the office are Luxembourgish, German, French and English.
