La Chambre de Commerce est l'institution phare des entreprises et de l'économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l'ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l'Horeca.

Elle représente aujourd'hui quelques 90.000 entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l'emploi salarié.

La promotion de l'entrepreneuriat et de l'esprit d'entreprise, le soutien au développement et à l'internationalisation des entreprises, le développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et continue ou encore la promotion d'un cadre législatif et réglementaire propice au développement économique constituent quelques missions légales clés de cette chambre professionnelle au service des entreprises et de l'économie.

VOTRE MISSION :

  • accompagnement et gestion du processus de recrutement de A à Z (publication des offres, identification et sélection des candidats, organisation et conduite d'entretiens, négociations de contrats)
  • soutien sur divers projets RH innovants et d'envergure (change management, marque employeur, …)
  • suivi des plans de pension complémentaire
  • préparation de divers rapports et présentations
  • organisation d'événements ponctuels
  • aide sur tout autre support au sein du service afin de contribuer au bon déroulement et à la qualité des activités délivrées

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • être titulaire d'un diplôme de Master en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, ou tout autre diplôme similaire, et se prévaloir de plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans une position comparable
  • disposer de très bonnes facultés d'expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise, la maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise et/ou allemande étant considérée comme un atout appréciable
  • faire preuve d'une grande rigueur, avoir un sens aigu de l'organisation et savoir prioriser les tâches
  • être capable de travailler en équipe, avoir d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et savoir faire preuve de discrétion
  • disposer de bonnes connaissances en matière de droit du travail et de droit de la sécurité sociale
  • utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office,
  • la connaissance de l'outil RH Mpleo est considérée comme un atout.
