Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the establishment, migration, liquidation, and closure of investment funds.
- Draft and amend constitutive documents and agreements.
- Handle filings with the CSSF and respond to their comments until final approval.
- Aid in the registration of investment funds in other jurisdictions and maintain necessary documentation.
- Collect and review documents for the appointment of new Board members for CSSF approval.
- Perform annual maintenance and filing of the KIIDs.
- Open and manage bank accounts.
- Provide support to the Domiciliary and Corporate team, and Fund Domiciliary & Corporate Agent.
Profile
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- University degree in Law.
- Experience in a similar position within a Management Company or law firm.
- Proficiency in Luxembourg corporate law.
- Experience in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg is advantageous.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
