Dans le cadre de la mise en place de l'exposition open air LUGA - Luxembourg Urban Garden qui investira cinq sites à travers le Luxembourg en 2025, la LUGA ASBL recherche en collaboration avec la Ville de Luxembourg un.e projectmanager pour assurer la conception, la planification, la mise en œuvre, la gestion et le suivi d'un projet social limité dans le temps.
MISSIONS :
- Vous assurez l'établissement de partenariats solides avec des acteurs sociaux au Luxembourg, la mise en place de collaborations intersectorielles et d'évènements dans le cadre d'un projet social intégré dans l'exposition LUGA – Luxembourg Urban Garden ;
- Vous assurez la planification, coordination et mise en œuvre de tous les évènements dans le cadre du projet social ainsi que la supervision générale de leur faisabilité en accord avec le concept de l'exposition et de programmation (gestion des prestataires, du budget, du suivi logistique, du planning et de la communication interne et externe) ;
- Vous gérez les plannings et rétroplannings de la programmation du projet social ;
- Vous assurez la gestion du volet technique et sécurité et des autorisations, ainsi que la coordination logistique de la mise en œuvre ;
- Vous veillez au respect de la charte d'engagement LUGA et assurez la cohérence avec la stratégie marketing de la LUGA ;
- Vous assurez la coordination avec tous les prestataires externes avant, pendant et après les événements ;
- Vous organisez et participez aux réunions de suivi des opérations ;
- Vous rédigez des comptes-rendus et participez au débriefing ;
- Vous assurez le bon déroulement et la sécurité du public pendant les évènements.
PROFIL :
- Issu(e) d'une formation en gestion de projets ;
- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en tant que project manager, dans le domaine de l'évènementiel, et ou de la gestion de projets sociaux, et ou du travail communautaire de grande envergure, et ou autres domaines similaires ;
- Expérience confirmée en planification, coordination, et suivi de projets, de la conception à la mise en œuvre ;
- Sens de l'organisation, conscience professionnelle, travail indépendant, engagement élevé et identification marquée avec la tâche, esprit d'équipe ;
- Bonnes aptitudes sociales et interpersonnelles, flexibilité, polyvalence, fiabilité, rigueur, résistance au stress, sociabilité ;
- Bonne maîtrise du luxembourgeois, du français, de l'allemand et de l'anglais ;
- Discrétion professionnelle ;
- Maîtrise de l'outil MS Office ;
- Expérience dans les domaines touchant les thématiques écologiques sera un atout.
