For our client, an asset manager specialized in Micro Finance investments for developing countries and focusing on positive impact industries only, we are looking for a Group CFO / Deputy CFO.
Description
- You will manage a local team of 5 employees including the head of accounting & 4 middle officers;
- All the local CFO's will indirectly report to you as well;
- You will liaise with local institution, local banks and local borrowers;
- You will be responsible of the internal finance tasks;
- You will be responsible of the due diligence, business modeling of international potential debt investments;
- You will be managing the chain of subsidiaries (regulated by local central banks);
- You will communicate with local CFO's
- You will be responsible to follow up closely on the current portfolio management control & reporting;
- You will have a full view on the compliance processes;
- You will liaise with investors;
- You will report to the CEO;
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance,
- Ideally 10 years of experience as Deputy CFO or Group CFO,
- The CFO must have experience in Private Equity, ideally in debt investment,
- Fluent in English,
- Strong communicator, capable to create excellent local connection with local,
