Nous cherchons le nouveau Senior Compliance Officer spécialisé en banque privée, qui rejoindre une équipe de 4 personnes.

Notre client est un acteur historique de la banque privée en Europe. Stable, avec une approche sur mesure, notre client sert une clientèle prestigieuse et exigeante.
Missions
En tant que Senior Compliance Office, vous serez responsable de garantir la conformité aux réglementations dans toutes les activités de la banque (banque privée et gestion discrétionnaire). Vous travaillerez directement avec le Head of Compliance.
Vos principales responsabilités seront de :
- Avoir une vision 360°, en travaillant aussi bien sur la conformité réglementaire (MIFID, Market Abuse..), la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (AML), la connaissance du client (KYC), la surveillance des transactions..
- Participer à la mise en place/amélioration de politiques et procédures
- Assurer la formation et sensibilisation du personnel aux sujets de conformité et AML
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion des risques, légal et juridique, audit interne, pour maintenir les plus hauts standards de gouvernance
Profil du candidat
Votre profil :
- Diplôme universitaire en finance, droit ou administration ;
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la conformité, avec une expertise spécifique dans la conformité réglementaire, l'AML, le KYC, la surveillance des transactions et déroulement du CMP ;
- Excellente connaissance des réglementations locales et reporting CSSF ;
- Compétences analytiques avancées et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe ;
- Pratique courante du français et de l'anglais. La pratique du flamand est un atout
