Attualmente stiamo cercando un Responsabile della Conformità italofono per un dinamico AIFM italiano a Lussemburgo. Questa posizione offre un'opportunità unica per contribuire alla conformità normativa dell'azienda nel settore dei fondi alternativi e regolamentati, all'interno di un team dedicato e collaborativo.
Responsabile della conformità - Il ruolo comporterà:
- Garantire la conformità normativa dell'azienda supervisionando e implementando politiche e procedure di conformità.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il Conducente per garantire l'aderenza agli standard e alle normative applicabili.
- Effettuare regolari controlli di conformità, compresa la verifica AML (antiriciclaggio) e il monitoraggio delle procedure KYC (Conosci il tuo cliente).
- Gestire i processi di due diligence per nuovi investimenti e partnership commerciali, garantendo il rispetto dei requisiti legali e normativi.
- Partecipare allo sviluppo e all'implementazione di programmi di formazione sulla conformità per il personale aziendale.
Responsabile della conformità - Il candidato dovrebbe:
- Essere fluente in italiano e inglese, con conoscenze di francese considerate un vantaggio significativo.
- Avere precedente esperienza professionale nel settore dei fondi o dei PSF, con almeno 3 o 4 anni di esperienza a Lussemburgo.
- Avere l'approvazione dalla CSSF o una qualifica equivalente in materia di conformità.
- Possedere competenze analitiche e comunicative, con la capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in team.
