Mission :

Rattaché(e) au département « Design & Build » de l'entité byld (détenue par le groupe INOWAI), votre mission consistera à effectuer toutes les phases d'un projet de A à Z, y compris, la conception, la planification et la supervision des travaux, tant pour le compte de propriétaires professionnels voire particuliers que de locataires, dans des surfaces commerciales, résidentielles ou de bureaux.

Vous effectuerez des missions de conseil en aménagement intérieur et/ou en architecture.

Sur la base des besoins et des attentes du client en matière d'espace, être capable de traduire ces besoins en un aménagement créatif des espaces et être capable de conseiller le client pour le meilleur environnement de travail.

En tant que designer d'intérieur, vous devrez concevoir et créer des croquis, des plans, planches d'ambiance et des vues en 3D.

Vous serez en charge de préparer des présentations pour les clients et d'élaborer des études d'aménagement intérieur, y compris la proposition de mobilier, les budgets et la planification.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de notre équipe et suivrez les projets de leur faisabilité jusqu'à leur livraison finale.

De plus, ce poste exige sans surprise une excellente connaissance des différents métiers du bâtiment, tout en assurant une veille technologique et réglementaire.

Responsabilités (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Concevoir et créer des concepts d'environnement de travail adapté aux usages de nos clients
  • Apporter des idées et des concepts afin de promouvoir l'expertise du lieu de travail
  • Elaborer et savoir présenter des budgets
  • Entretenir et développer des relations de partenariats avec les clients et fournisseurs
  • Effectuer des soumissions à des entreprises pour la réalisation des travaux
  • Analyser des offres de prix
  • Suivre et coordonner des différents intervenants durant la phase d'exécution
  • Arbitrer et opérer des choix techniques/esthétique adaptés aux besoins du client
  • Assister périodiquement aux réunions de chantier
  • Rédiger des comptes rendus, états des lieux
  • Organiser les réceptions des travaux
  • Assurer le suivi de la bonne levée des réserves
  • Constituer les dossiers Asbuilt
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation et à l'homogénéisation des méthodes de gestion de projet et des procédures internes
  • Rendre compte de son activité auprès de son N+1.

Formation / expérience :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme en Architecture d'intérieur, Design d'intérieur, Technicien supérieur en bâtiment ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience probante de minimum de 2 ans en architecture d'intérieur, en aménagement d'espace, et dans toutes les phases d'un projet de transformation, rénovation d'immeuble ou d'un aménagement de bureaux.

Compétences / qualités requises :

  • Bonne connaissance du marché Luxembourgeois et de sa réglementation
  • Dynamique, organisé(e), vous disposez d'un excellent sens du relationnel
  • Sens aiguisé de la planification
  • Créatif avec d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite), vous saurez faire preuve de diplomatie en communiquant avec des interlocuteurs divers
  • Curiosité intellectuelle, proactivité, volonté d'apprendre et esprit d'initiative
  • Autonomie combinée à une capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Maitrise informatique et digitale (Office365 : Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project, SharePoint)
  • Aisance avec les outils de conception graphique (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp…) et de gestion/planification de projet (pCon.planner)
  • Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise indispensable.
