Seafreight Operator

Your Tasks:

• Execution, organization, coordination & control of all operational procedures in the sea freight department
• price negotiations with customers, Schenker branches, Trucking companies
• Preparation of all necessary seafreight documents
• Invoicing, processing & control of incoming / outgoing invoices
• Monitoring & optimization of all operational processes
• Preparation of quotations, acquisition of new customers or support in this regard

Your Profile:

• Completed training in the field of forwarding & logistics, possibly university studies
• Several years of professional experience in the field of sea freight
• Good MS-Office skills
• Secure knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken. French is desirable
• Above-average commitment, teamwork & organizational skills
• Confident appearance in contact with customers & suppliers
• Communication skills, stress resistance and enjoy working independently
