Project Manager et Assistant Project Manager en Électrotechnique (h/f/x) :
Vous êtes ingénieur, la gestion et l'exécution d'un projet (du cahier de charges à l'exécution finale) n'ont pas de secret pour vous. Grâce à votre sens commercial et vos bonnes connaissances en électrotechnique, vous gérez les projets de A à Z en entretenant des contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs, les bureaux d'études et vos clients. À l'écoute de ces derniers, vous savez comment traduire une demande en solution.
L'Assistant Project Manager assiste le Project Manager dans ses missions.
VOTRE MISSION :
- Vous assurez la prospection commerciale et l'analyse des appels d'offres
- Vous apportez votre expertise et votre expérience dans les premières phases de préparation de l'offre de projet
- Vous consultez, sélectionnez les fournisseurs et sous-traitants et vous négociez les conditions commerciales
- Vous préparez, suivez et organisez le pilotage des activités sur chantiers et les études.
- Vous entretenez de bonnes relations avec le client afin
- de tenir compte à tout moment de l'évolution des besoins,
- des changements et des actions correctives éventuelles
- Vous préparez les éléments chiffrés nécessaires aux suivis des affaires et vous procédez à la facturation des prestations selon l'avancement des travaux
VOTRE PROFIL :
- Vous êtes Ingénieur en Electrotechnique ou en Génie Electrique
- Vous avez au minimum 5 années d'expérience dans la même fonction
- La connaissance de l'allemand représente un atout supplémentaire

Sie sind Ingenieur, das Management und die Ausführung eines Projekts (von der Spezifikation bis zur endgültigen Ausführung) haben für Sie keine Geheimnisse. Dank Ihres kaufmännischen Gespürs und Ihrer guten elektrotechnischen Kenntnisse managen Sie Projekte von A bis Z, indem Sie regelmäßigen Kontakt zu Lieferanten, Konstruktionsbüros und Ihren Kunden pflegen. Sie wissen, wie man eine Anfrage in eine Lösung umsetzt.
Der Assistant Project Manager unterstützt den Project Manager bei seinen Aufgaben.
IHR AUFTRAG:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die kommerzielle Akquise und die Analyse von Ausschreibungen
- Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrung in den ersten Phasen der Projekterstellung ein
- Sie beraten und wählen Lieferanten und Subunternehmer aus und verhandeln kommerzielle Konditionen
- Sie bereiten das Management von Aktivitäten auf der Baustelle und Studien vor, verfolgen diese und organisieren sie.
- Sie pflegen gute Beziehungen zum Kunden, um
- um die sich ändernden Bedürfnisse jederzeit zu berücksichtigen,
- Änderungen und mögliche Abhilfemaßnahmen
- Sie bereiten die für die Nachbereitung des Geschäfts
IHR PROFIL:
- Sie sind Elektroingenieur oder Elektroingenieurin
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der gleichen Funktion
- Französischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzlicher Vorteil
