We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist for a Maternity Replacement to join our HR team at PM-International.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for different positions
- Based in Schengen, Luxembourg
- Proficient in English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered an advantage

Seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist for a Maternity Replacement to join our HR team at PM-International.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions for different subsidiary and our international headquarter in Luxembourg.
- You will be responsible for Screening resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation and contract drafting.
- Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of a dedicated training plan for different department: from the identification of needs to the follow-up of training actions.
- Manage the training budget and comply with internal procurement procedures.
- Manage the relationship with external training vendors.
- You will be responsible for managing the co-funding of training programs in INFPC Luxembourg.
- You create regular recruitment report to the HR Manager.
- You will be responsible for employee evaluations during probation and annual reviews.
- Maintaining registration/attendance records of employees in order to prepare reports and studies on training.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- A degree with a relevant specialization (HR, business administration etc.);
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, or similar role.
- Relevant experience in HR recruitment in Luxembourg and knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law would be an asset.
- Hands-on experience with job sites like LinkedIn, Jobs.lu and Moovijob.
- Have excellent communication skills in English. Good command of French/ German will be considered an asset.
- Be open-minded, curious and proactive.
