Are you seeking a new, exciting challenge where you can use your ingenuity to invent and innovate? If so, we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.

Our team focuses on mitigating risks and enabling selection for business models and programs that aim to create selection parity for all Amazon customers worldwide and optimize the cross-border shopping experience. We achieve this by:

Delivering value to our customers by: a) Helping them navigate compliance environments b) Designing, implementing, and maintaining necessary compliance controls for their business models and programs at the lowest cost c) Supporting downstream systems, programs, and compliance enforcers affected by our controls while minimizing impacts on their charters.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while driving innovation and efficiency in cross-border operations.

  • Influencing behavior, planning projects, and working cross-functionally with global stakeholders to operationalize and implement regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all corporate compliance program expectations and applicable international, domestic, and local laws.
  • Conducting risk assessments related to existing processes and new product assortments, recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures, including process changes and training considerations.
  • Leading the launch of new cross-border initiatives by incorporating multiple workstreams and programs across organizations, building processes, mental models, and tenets to achieve successful implementation at scale.
  • Acting as the program lead, working with Operations, Compliance and Safety programs, Product and Engineering teams, and Worldwide Business and Legal teams to define requirements, design workflows, and implement solutions.
