O candidato seleccionado integrará a nossa equipa de Legal e Wealth Planning no Luxemburgo e juntar-se-á a uma equipa dinâmica e entusiástica. Entrada imediata no escritório no Luxemburgo ou entrada em comum acordo.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e gerir as necessidades e expectativas do cliente fornecendo soluções feitas à medida para os nossos clientes de Portugal.
  • Avaliar e contribuir para a viabilidade de soluções de estruturação patrimonial a nível jurídico nomeadamente sucessório, comercial, fiscal entre outros.
  • Análise da viabilidade legal e fiscal das soluções de wealth planning a clientes e parceiros nacionais e internacionais.
  • Acompanhar as alterações legais e fiscais de Portugal e respectivo impacto na área de estruturação patrimonial.
  • Interação estreita com clientes internos (equipa de vendas, marketing, jurídico e back office) mas também com clientes externos (corretores, advogados, consultores fiscais, Bancos, etc.).
  • Participar no desenvolvimento do mercado em conjunto com a área comercial, tendo em consideração o enquadramento jurídico e fiscal de Portugal bem como as políticas internas da Empresa.
  • Participar activamente em iniciativas de marketing, incluindo apresentações ou eventos de roundtables a parceiros, sessões de formação ou preparação de artigos para newsletters.
  • Estar preparado para viajar ocasionalmente.

Perfil:

  • Licenciatura em Direito.
  • Mestrado em Direito Fiscal (preferencial) ou Direito Societário.
  • Com uma experiência mínima de 2 anos em escritório de advogados ou consultora fiscal.
  • Qualquer experiência no sector dos seguros em Portugal ou no Luxemburgo é considerada uma mais-valia.
  • Experiência e bons conhecimentos de trabalho no que respeita à estruturação e soluções fiscais para clientes privados e empresariais no mercado poretuguês e luxemburguês.
  • Bons conhecimentos em francês e inglês. Qualquer outra língua é considerada uma mais-valia.
  • Compreensão analítica e conceptual distinta com capacidades editoriais para uma comunicação eficaz.
  • Estilo de trabalho estruturado, orientado para soluções e abordagem metódica.
  • Auto-motivado e empenhado.
  • Personalidade comunicativa, dinâmica e orientada para o trabalho de equipa.
  • Facilidade de trabalhar com prazos curtos.
  • Forma de pensar inovadora e empreendedora.
  • Altamente empenhado no seu desenvolvimento contínuo.
  • Sentido crítico e capacidade de análise de risco relativamente aos temas de indole fiscal e/ou de negócio.
