Greenfield has been tasked by a prominent leader in market research companies to find a Market Research Associate. Our client, renowned for their analytical acumen and strategic insights, plays a vital role in supporting their clients' success. By combining local expertise in Luxembourg with global market insights, advanced methodologies and technologies, a passionate workforce, and a robust network of partners, they empower clients to tackle daily challenges and shape the future of their businesses.

As a Market Research Associate, your primary mission will be to diagnose the underlying causes of client challenges and provide in-depth, actionable solutions that drive tangible success.

In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team that specializes in the public and private sectors, reporting directly to 2 Managing Directors. This position offers a rare opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and play a key role in shaping client strategies across both public and private sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Trends: Research and monitor trends in the public and private sectors, staying informed about industry developments and emerging issues.
  • Identify Opportunities and Challenges: Detect key opportunities and obstacles for clients, offering expert advice to address their needs effectively.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections, negotiate contracts, and manage communications with stakeholders.
  • Apply Methodological Expertise: Design studies and align research methods with client needs to deliver accurate, actionable solutions.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee the entire research process from proposal to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Design and Analyze Studies: Develop research designs, collect and analyze data, and provide insightful conclusions.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
  • Present Findings: Clearly present results and offer actionable recommendations based on research objectives.

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in behavioral, social, or political sciences, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the public or private sector, including market research, marketing, or consulting
  • Fluency in Luxembourgish and/ or French is essential; advanced proficiency in English is required, and German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with particular expertise in Excel.
  • Interest and familiarity with political and societal issues in Luxembourg.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a proven impact.
  • Ability to manage stress and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, excellent listening skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in developing networks and creating business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
