IT Coordinator (Junior)

Your areas of responsibility:

• Coordination and oversight of external ICT service providers

• Support of users with ICT problems

• Assistance in setting up workstations for users

• Outsourcing controlling of ICT service providers

• Ensuring compliance with European and local regulators

• First point of contact for ICT service providers

• Participation in projects

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or comprehensive IT qualification

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the ICT sector

• Experience in the financial industry and good knowledge in Luxembourg regulations (CSSF circulars) are an advantage

• IT affinity and familiar with MS Office

• High level of service orientation coupled with an understanding of customer needs and commercial aspects

• Good communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) in German and English are essential
