About the Role:Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a motivated intern Junior IT Project Manager (PM) Legal Platform to support the IT PM Legal & IA&CC Manager.
Main Responsibilities:Covering this role, you will support in Project Management activities and assist in the development and enhancement of the IT legal platform.
You will collaborate with the development team to implement new features and functionalities.
Your activities will include carrying out testing and quality assurance to ensure the platform meets usability and performance standards.
Moreover, you will assist in managing and organizing legal data within the platform and collaborate with external vendors and the project team.
Lastly, you will provide assistance and support to platform users and maintain accurate documentation of platform features, functionalities, and processes.
Who we are looking for:You will bring knowledge from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law or related.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your Project Management skills (procurement management, stakeholder management, quality/time/scope management, change management etc.) combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Your participation in any IT relevant product or app development project will be valuable, as will your familiarity with programming and AI languages or with Data Privacy, Compliance, Food Law and Food Regulatory domains.
You will contribute to this role with your excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills and your effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Your strong interest in legal technology and its applications will be useful as well.
