Senior Tax Expert - Responsibilities:

• Oversee a varied client portfolio, conduct client meetings, and deliver customized tax solutions.
• Offer tax advisory services on structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post-transaction planning.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting during audits.
• Draft comprehensive tax memos and reports, keeping clients informed on changes in tax laws.
• Handle legal matters, review contracts, and work closely with legal advisors.

Senior Tax Expert - Your profile:

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax.
• Have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a Big 4/5 firm, service provider, or law firm.
• Fluency in German is essential, with a strong command of professional English.
• Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
