Junior Corporate Officer – Global ManCo, Multicultural Team

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Law – Fund governance – Legal – Asset Management
- You will be responsible for the daily management of SPVs in private equity and real estate, from their constitution to their dissolution.
- You will ensure the coordination by updating information to the RCS and RBE.
- Drafting minutes, agreements, and resolutions will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will ensure that the AML/KYC procedures are respected and that everything is compliant with the laws.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Law – Fund governance – Legal – Asset Management
- You are fluent in English; any other language would be considered a plus. English is essential to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Having prior experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment (Asset Management Company or service provider) as a Corporate Officer for funds and/or SPVs is essential to fully understand your missions and provide excellent services.
- You consider yourself proactive and eager to develop your knowledge. You will be part of a team of collaborators who all have something to teach you and will support you in your career development.

- A salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, along with an attractive bonus (10%), will help you maintain a comfortable lifestyle. The company is concerned about your well-being and will contribute to your personal needs with lunch vouchers (€10.80), health insurance, and a pension plan.
