As a legal counsel within this department, you'll play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, offering innovative solutions, advising on regulatory changes, and ensuring Deloitte's operations comply with relevant laws.Your next challenge
  • Assess and implement legal, contractual, and data protection aspects in daily operations and projects
  • Provide data protection guidance and promote awareness within business teams
  • Develop and review internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analyze project compliance with GDPR and collaborate with other departments
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and analysis
Your skills
  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience
  • Expertise in national data protection laws, especially GDPR
  • Solid knowledge in IT, information security, and risk management
  • Strong analytical and pragmatic-thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business aspects
  • Fluency in English and French
