Au sein du département Fund Distribution Services, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Investor Services/Data, en charge de la relation avec les investisseurs, les sociétés de gestion et les auditeurs.

Vous serez affecté à l'équipe Investor Services, en charge du traitement des demandes investisseurs en tant que contact privilégié et vous aurez pour principales missions de:

Créer et traiter des cas pour chacune des demandes reçues, assurer leur suivi dans l'outil Microsoft CRM tout en maintenant la communication avec l'investisseur
Analyser et solutionner les demandes écrites et téléphoniques des investisseurs dans les délais prévus avec nos clients;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes du Fund Distribution Services afin de résoudre les problèmes reportés par les investisseurs;

L'ensemble de ces activités vous permettront de communiquer avec l'ensemble des équipes opérationnelles du Fund Distribution Services, ainsi qu'avec nos clients et investisseurs, vous permettant ainsi de comprendre l'environnement des fonds d'investissements et leurs acteurs
