Your next challenge as a (Senior) Market Risk Analyst:
Join the Market and Liquidity Risk Management department at BIL, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining, designing, and implementing solutions for market and counterparty risk reporting and trading activities. Your expertise in financial instruments and risk management will be key to supporting the team in a complex technical environment.
Risk reporting solutions:
- Design solutions for monitoring dealing room activities.
- Maintain tools for regulatory requirements.
- Manage reporting platforms and front office systems.
- Analyze and provide solutions for daily reporting issues.
Risk analysis:
- Control pricing and sensitivities of complex financial instruments.
- Perform risk metrics simulations for new market trades.
- Participate in regulatory exercises related to market and counterparty risks.
- Strengthen internal procedural framework.
Ad-hoc requests and projects:
- Support team in implementing business and IT projects.
- Contribute to assessments for new challenges.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Your skills:
- Education: master's degree in finance/mathematics.
- Proven experience (5 years) in market risk or related field.
- Languages: fluent in French and English.
Risk management and financial knowledge:
- Understanding of financial products and risk metrics.
- Experience in computing financial risk metrics.
Technical and software skills:
- Proficiency in programming and database management.
- Knowledge of Kondor+, Bloomberg, T24, and Dataiku.
- Ability to develop solutions and implement projects.
Interpersonal skills:
- Team player with a willingness to support stakeholders.
- Rigorous, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
