Manager Tax – Fiduciaire Digitalisée et Dynamique
Nous accompagnons actuellement notre partenaire dans sa recherche d'un Manager Tax qui souhaite évoluer dans une fiduciaire particulièrement dynamique. Au sein de cette structure composée d'une quinzaine de personnes, vous aurez la possibilité d'être autonome sur l'ensemble des tâches liées à la fiscalité.
En effet, en tant que Tax Manager, vous aurez l'opportunité de développer votre propre département, de gérer vos propres dossiers et de mettre en place les processus les plus efficaces possibles pour le développement futur.
Il est important de savoir que vous évoluerez dans une fiduciaire à taille humaine, qui gère une clientèle variée de sociétés commerciales et financières (SOPARFI, PE/RE). Les gérants y sont très présents, et sont très impliqués dans le fonctionnement de la structure, tout en laissant une autonomie importante à l'équipe en place.
Malgré cela, le bien-être des employés est bien plus important que le développement des activités. En effet, il faut savoir que les gérants sont très attentifs à ce que les employés ne disposent pas d'une charge de travail trop importante, pour qu'ils puissent éviter les heures supplémentaires.
Vos responsabilités | Tax Manager – Tax – Fiduciaire – Fiscalité – Tax Compliance
- Des responsabilités importantes vous attendent au sein de votre future structure. Vous aurez pour rôle d'établir le suivi et la revue des déclarations fiscales et TVA. En plus de la revue, vous aurez également l'opportunité d'établir vous-même l'ensemble des déclarations fiscales qui demandent plus de technicité.
- Vous gérez les échanges directs avec les administrations fiscales et vos collègues en interne, ainsi qu'avec vos clients évidemment.
- Vous participez à la mise en place de processus plus efficaces, dans cette fiduciaire qui est hautement digitalisée.
- Vous serez la personne de contact en cas de questions en fiscalité, et vous développerez votre propre département. Vous n'hésiterez pas à offrir un service de qualité et de conseiller au mieux.
Profil et parcours| Tax Manager – Tax – Fiduciaire – Fiscalité – Tax Compliance
- En plus de votre Bachelor ou Master en Finance, vous avez au minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Tax Officer en fiduciaire, PSF ou Big Four au Luxembourg. Vous êtes aujourd'hui déjà Manager ou Senior Manager.
- L'environnement étant francophone, il est important d'avoir une bonne maîtrise du français. De plus, vous maîtrisez l'anglais ou le portugais en complément de cela.
- Malgré votre spécialisation en fiscalité, vous n'hésitez pas à accompagner vos collègues sur certaines tâches qui ne concernent pas forcément la fiscalité des sociétés. Votre polyvalence et votre bienveillance sera appréciée par le gérant qui souhaite maintenir un esprit d'équipe dans sa structure.

- Vous travaillerez dans un environnement sans le stress ni les heures supplémentaires d'un Big Four car le cadre de travail est tout de même très différent de ce type de structure.
- Vous percevrez un salaire pouvant aller jusqu'à € bruts par an.
- La composition du package salarial est à discuter, afin de vous offrir les avantages les plus intéressants pour votre situation personnelle. Ceci peut notamment être des chèques-repas, une carte essence et/ou un bonus qui vous permettront d'augmenter votre rémunération de base. Votre salaire brut annuel pourra atteindre € en fonction de votre niveau d'expérience et vos compétences.

- Des horaires flexibles vous seront proposées afin de vous organiser comme vous le souhaitez chaque matin.
