JOB DESCRIPTION:
Being part of a dedicated expert team, you will be in charge of delivering Alter Domus' premium suite of integrated solutions to a group of clients.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a key member of our expanding team, your role involves working with Alter Domus clients to oversee the company secretarial and governance process managed by the Client KYC Monitoring team. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing subscription agreements and KYC documents for existing clients;
- Requesting and following up on KYC missing information with the Engagement team and the client;
- Maintaining updated KYC information in the clients/UBOs database and in the electronic document management system (EDMS);
- Performing ongoing tasks of Client KYC monitoring;
- Assisting in monitoring the existing client relationship for both SPVs and Funds;
- Reviewing client acceptance files, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating compliance risks;
- Conducting KYC Monitoring checks daily and acting as 1st Line of Defense;
- Following up on outstanding documentation of client files;
- Assisting in collecting data to support the local Compliance team;
- Contributing to the completion of compliance risk assessments;
- Aiding in the execution of the Compliance monitoring program;
- Participating in developing a Compliance framework and culture;
- Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to ensure the satisfactory resolution of any key issues;
- Helping in developing training materials.
YOUR PROFILE:
What we'll look for in your CV:
- You possess a degree in law, business, finance, or economics (preferred but not mandatory);
- You demonstrate a keen interest in regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering, and compliance subjects;
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assess risk scores;
- Knowledge of international legal entity structures would be advantageous;
- You have practical experience in a similar field, ideally in a Legal or Financial Services setting;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - fluency in written and spoken English is essential;
- A high level of IT literacy included
