Au sein du département Payment Service (Custody & Cash Clearing), l'équipe Network Management gère la relation globale avec tiers détenteurs, notamment les sous-dépositaires et les correspondants cash. Elle traite les demandes d'ouverture de compte dans les livres de ses correspondants et la documentation associée.

Elle fournit une assistance aux équipes commerciales de CACEIS et aux clients pour les questions relatives à la politique de détention de titres, aux ouvertures de compte sous-dépositaires, aux questions sur le fonctionnement des marchés et elle analyse les portefeuilles titres. Elle est également un point d'escalade pour les équipes opérationnelles.

Au sein du pôle "Network Administration and Client Support", le Network Management Analyst a pour mission d'ouvrir, de modifier, de clôturer et d'effectuer une réconciliation des comptes dans les livres des sous-dépositaires et des correspondants cash. A ce titre, il se conforme aux structures de comptes titres et espèces sur les différents marchés, participe à la mise en place des contrats avec les tiers détenteurs, gère les incidents opérationnels ou les éventuels contentieux et répond aux questions des clients concernant les spécificités des marchés.

Le Network Management Analyst aura pour missions principales :

Lors de la mise en place de la relation :

  • La préparation de la documentation administrative et juridique des ouvertures de comptes au nom des clients.
  • L'assistance aux collaborateurs dans le cadre d'un changement de sous-dépositaire ou de correspondant cash.
  • La communication aussi bien en interne, qu'auprès des clients, de toute information importante/utile.

Lors du suivi de la relation :

  • L'accompagnement aux clients dans les démarches d'ouverture de compte.
  • La gestion des événements clients et projets liés à des décisions du Comité Tiers Détenteurs.
  • L'assistance aux clients, aux succursales et en interne sur les aspects Network Management.
  • Le suivi des événements sur les marchés et des impacts sur l'activité Network Management.
  • La contribution à la rédaction de flashnews à destination des clients.
  • Le relais auprès de nos tiers détenteurs en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • La mise à jour des procédures sur les différents marchés en charge.
  • La réconciliation des comptes titres et espèces en interne versus ceux ouverts auprès de nos correspondants titres et cash.
