Job Description:
- Responsible for leading and coordinating actions related to developing and driving the implementation of the information security plan, engaging with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Challenge systems and procedures to identify potential adverse events.
- Manage information classification, control, and protection.
- Handle security incidents related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Integrate security requirements into the employment contract life cycle.
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with various business departments to identify information security risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Support and coordinate actions linked to security incident management.
- Maintain information security policies and ensure their application.
Skills Required:
- Domain(s) of expertise: Risk
- Education: Information Security, Cyber Security, or IT (Master's degree or equivalent)
- Mandatory languages: French and English
- Banking techniques: Certification in ISO27001, CISSP
- IT tools: Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in IT/Information security
- Ability to provide executive level communications and build strong relationships
- Experience in managing information security functions, strategy, and risk
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship skills
