Die Personalberatung von ManpowerGroup sucht einen Qualitätsingenieur (m/w/d) in Festanstellung für einen ihrer Kunden: ein Industrieunternehmen, das eine wesentliche Rolle in der Automobilbranche in Luxemburg spielt.
IHRE AUFGABEN:
Im Qualitätsbereich sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Konformität und Entwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Bereich der Automobilindustrie und gemäß der Norm 16949 sicherzustellen. Dabei achten Sie auf die Dokumentation, interne und externe Audits, Kundenanforderungen und Schulungen.
Ihre täglichen Aufgaben umfassen:
- Planung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsrichtlinien.
- Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für Kunden in allen Fragen zur Qualität, insbesondere bei technischen Beanstandungen im Rahmen von Serienprojekten.
- Überwachung der Qualitätsziele und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen und Problemlösung unter Anwendung des 8D-Prozesses.
- Koordination der Aktivitäten zur Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung der Freigabedokumente für Prozesse und Produkte.
- Teilnahme an Audits und FMEA-Sitzungen.
IHR PROFIL:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Qualitätsingenieur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche.
- Anerkannt für Ihre Genauigkeit, Initiative und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Kundenorientiert und Freude am Kundenkontakt.
- Obligatorisch: Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch für eine erleichterte Kommunikation mit Kunden.
- Beherrschung von Qualitätswerkzeugen wie 5Why, 8D, ISHIKAWA.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Büroanwendungen (Office).

YOUR ROLE:
In the field of quality, you are responsible for ensuring the conformity and development of the quality management system in the automotive industry and in accordance with the norm This involves paying attention to documentation, internal and external audits, customer requirements, and training.
Your daily tasks include:
- Planning and implementation of quality policies.
- Being the contact person and interface for customers on all quality-related matters, especially in case of technical complaints in the context of series projects.
- Monitoring quality objectives and implementing corrective actions.
- Handling complaints and solving problems using the 8D process.
- Coordinating activities for the preparation and compilation of release documents for processes and products.
- Participating in audits and FMEA sessions.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies as a Quality Engineer or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Recognized for your accuracy, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented and enjoy customer contact.
- Mandatory: French, German, and English for facilitated communication with customers.
- Mastery of quality tools such as 5Why, 8D, ISHIKAWA.
- Proficient in office applications (Office).
