Pour ses équipes Contact Center & Commercial Support Team, le Retail Banking est à la recherche de stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois minimum afin de consolider ses équipes à partir de septembre 2024.
Votre Mission :
• Assurer la prise en charge des questions de clients sur leurs opérations courantes (comptes, cartes...) ou sur les produits de la banque (épargne, crédits personnels/logements...)
• Contribuer au suivi administratif des dossiers clients
• Détecter les besoins des clients et les rediriger vers nos équipes commerciales
• Apporter un support à l'équipe pour les tâches quotidiennes
• Tenir compte de la législation et de la réglementation en vigueur
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de la banque
Votre profil :
Formation et expérience :
• Formation (minimum BAC+3) de préférence à orientation commerciale, économique, financière, administrative ou de gestion
• Stage conventionné de minimum 6 mois
Compétences :
• Communication aisée, capacité rédactionnelle et orthographe irréprochable
• Rigueur, autonomie, flexibilité et proactivité
• Capacité d'analyse, d'organisation et de synthèse
• Très bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point...)
• Esprit d'équipe, empathie et bonnes capacités relationnelles vis-à-vis du client
Langues :
• Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l'anglais
• La connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand est considérée comme un atout
