Coordonner et piloter toutes les démarches requises pour traduire une idée en un projet clairement défini et réalisable en termes économiques, environnementaux et sociaux (par exemple : pilotage de processus d'établissement et de sélection de projets d'architecture, d'urbanisation ou de développement urbain ; pilotage de modification et/ou conception de PAG, de PAP, de schéma directeur, de projet de remembrement ou de projet d'exécution ; conseils généraux (y compris juridiques) et pilotage d'autorisation de construire).
Vos missions :
• Vous pilotez et coordonnez la phase « développement » d'un ou plusieurs projets, dans le respect des coûts et des délais et en veillant à la qualité des délivrables et à la satisfaction du client
• Vous pilotez l'équipe affectée au projet (équipe interne et prestataires de services)
• Vous participez aux autres projets de la société, en particulier ceux liés à l'économie circulaire
• Vous établissez un climat coopératif de travail et un climat de confiance entre l'équipe de projet, le client, les prestataires de service et les administrations ou pouvoirs décisionnels
• Vous êtes force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue de l'entreprise
Votre profil :
• Formation universitaire avec au minimum 5 ans d'expériences professionnelles significatives dans la conduite de projets, et justifiez d'une première expérience réussie au Luxembourg
• Vous maîtrisez le français
• Vous montrez un grand intérêt pour les sujets liés à l'économie circulaire
• Vous avez une connaissance générale des lois, normes et règlements relatifs intervenant dans la réalisation d'un projet en ce compris les règles relatives aux marchés publics. Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de gestion de projets
• Vous avez de réelles capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, tant en rédaction qu'en exposé oral
• Ténacité, proactivité, adaptabilité et autonomie sont les qualités requises
• Vous aimez le travail collaboratif, au sein d'une équipe, et vous disposez d'un bon relationnel
• Vous avez une sensibilité « client » qui vous permet de comprendre ses enjeux et de lui proposer des axes d'amélioration continue
