Your future team

Our Acceptance team is looking for an administrative assistant to support the team in various administrative tasks for a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your next challenge

  • Handle all daily operational tasks
  • Provide administrative support in the acceptance process of services
  • Assist with the maintenance of data entered into our systems and files (input, review and update)
  • Undertake compliance processes (monitoring, checks and follow up)

Your skills

  • You are graduated in a bachelor degree or Bac + 2 (preferably in business, finance or accounting)
  • Be available for 12 months
  • Fluency in French plus proficiency in English or vice versa
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
  • Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines and to act autonomously with a sense of initiative
  • You demonstrate ability to work under time pressure
  • You are able to learn quickly and to work in a team environment
  • You are familiar with the need for confidentiality and discretion
  • Excel, Word and PPT proficient
