Your team
The Pictet Group is a top independent wealth and asset manager established in 1805 with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and 30 offices globally. The company's FundPartner Solutions offers a range of fund administration and private label funds services. The Technology & Operations division designs and integrates various software applications while the Transfer Agent team is undergoing an exciting evolution program. Be part of this dynamic change.
To support our transformation, we are looking for a Process / Business Analyst with expertise in the fund industry, particularly the transfer agent domain, to join our team in Luxembourg. This role will involve liaising with business and technical stakeholders, focusing on operational activities, and reporting to the Head of Transformation.
Your role
As a Process Analyst / Business Analyst, your responsibilities include:
- Understanding business needs and translating them into specifications
- Coordinating between IT stakeholders and business/clients under the TA Product Owner
- Overseeing project delivery, including planning, budget, specification, and change management
- Facilitating communication with clients and other departments, proposing solutions for data/systems issues and change requests
- Owning assigned projects, escalating issues, and coordinating acceptance testing
Your profile
Qualifications and experience required:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Management
- Experience in Funds Administration roles with a good understanding of the Transfer Agent domain
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and preferably experience with Temenos' Multifonds TA
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages as a bonus
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working outside your comfort zone
