Vos responsabilités :

  • Être en charge du Management de l'équipe Individuals Lending :
    - Au niveau des Team Leaders de l'équipe : accompagner les développements individuels des Team Leaders, le suivi des objectifs, des activités opérationnelles et des projets
    - Au niveau des collaborateurs des équipes : apporter une vision et des idées nouvelles pour améliorer les activités, développer la polyvalence, les compétences et la motivation au sein de l'équipe
    - Participer aux processus de définition des besoins budgétaires ou dans le cadre de dossiers spécifiques
  • Assurer la coordination de la gestion et du suivi des dossiers traités par le service.
  • Etre le relai entre la Direction et les Team Leaders afin d'accompagner les évolutions attendues.
  • Superviser l'implémentation opérationnelle de tout changement organisationnel, en termes d'outils ou de méthode de travail
  • Veiller à la bonne implémentation des dossiers crédit (rédactions contractuelles, mise en place des sûretés)
  • Coordonner la bonne gestion de la vie des crédits (renouvellements, révisions immobilières)
  • Identifier les pistes d'amélioration en termes d'efficience et de qualité de services
  • Participer à l'amélioration de la collaboration avec les autres Départements de la Banque (Front,..)

Vos compétences :

  • Minimum Bachelor ou expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais. La connaissance de l'allemand et/ou du luxembourgeois représente un avantage certain
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience minimum de 10 ans dans le domaine concerné
  • Une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que responsable d'équipe est fortement souhaitée
  • Connaissances de la banque et de ses produits (comptes, crédits, garanties bancaires, cartes bancaires, coffres, titres...)
  • Maîtrise de Word, Excel. La connaissance de T24 constitue un avantage certain
