Spuerkeess is actively seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen its IT Administration & Support service
Your missions
- Monitoring SOC alerts and defining new detection cases for the SOC
- Vulnerability Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Cyber Incident Response
- High-level monitoring of penetration tests
- Establishing security strategies
- Writing technical standards and security procedures
- Managing IT security projects and collaborating with the Bank's IT department teams
- Participating in and providing advice on IT security in all types of projects
Your responsibilities
- Demonstrating collegial attitudes and sharing available information to enable colleagues to do their work
- Presenting available information in a suitable manner to stakeholders
- Showing commitment to completing tasks on time and with quality, and being open to improving efficiency
- Regularly communicating progress to supervisors, acknowledging any delays or issues, and adjusting priorities as needed
- Using the Bank's resources to carry out tasks following rules and procedures
- Respecting supervisors' instructions while providing constructive criticism when needed
- Knowing and following the Bank's code of conduct and HR regulations
- Adopting a collaborative approach with professional counterparts and demonstrating willingness to support them in their missions
- Being customer-centric, prioritizing client satisfaction
- Adapting to change and evolving with the Bank
- Show respect and integrity to oneself and others
- Adhering to the Bank's risk management policy
Required qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Professional experience in cybersecurity is advantageous
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus

The acquisition of these skills can be achieved through the support and training provided by the Bank during the onboarding process.

- Information Security (Advanced skills)

- MITRE ATT&CK framework tactics and techniques (Good knowledge)
- Computer systems structures (Advanced skills)
- Project management (process, stakeholders, ROI, budget) (Basic knowledge)

Regulatory skills
- ISO Code of practice for information security controls (Good knowledge)
- TIBER (Threat Intelligence Based Ethical Redteaming) (Good knowledge)
- Regulations in IT security (Good knowledge)
IT and digital skills
- Project management tools (e.g., MS Project) (Good knowledge)
- Programming or scripting languages (VBA, Powershell, Python) (Good knowledge)
- Technology watch (new digital technologies) (Good knowledge)
