Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer une clientèle Entreprises (PME) en tant que personne de contact privilégiée tout en assurant un relais entre le client et d'éventuels autres acteurs ou services de la banque
  • Détecter les besoins et aspirations des clients et offrir en conséquence les produits et services appropriés
  • Assurer un suivi actif des clients avec un degré adéquat de service personnalisé
  • Préparer les dossiers de crédits et présenter ces dossiers aux instances de décisions compétentes
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des instructions du client en vue d'un service de qualité
  • Représenter la banque à l'extérieur, au Luxembourg, au niveau des rencontres clients

Vos compétences :

  • Etudes de niveau BAC +4/5 à orientation Sciences économiques / Gestion d'entreprises ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience probante de 3 années
  • Un know-how confirmé dans une fonction similaire constitue un avantage
  • Bon réseau de contacts au niveau des acteurs clés de l'économie luxembourgeoise
  • La pratique courante du luxembourgeois, de l'allemand, de l'anglais et du français sont un prérequis
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de base (Outlook, Word, Excel...)
  • Autonomie
