La Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) est l'opérateur d'aérodrome en charge de l'exploitation de l'infrastructure aéroportuaire. Notre plateforme fournit, entre autres, des services de vols directs vers plus de 100 destinations via 16 compagnies aériennes.

Nous comptons plus de 350 collaborateurs, de divers horizons et de 19 nationalités.

Ensemble, nous travaillons quotidiennement pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'aéroport et pour fournir un service de qualité à nos passagers.

Vos responsabilités

Vos missions quotidiennes

  • Organiser, planifier et coordonner les équipes projets IT.
  • Définir les différentes phases des projets en mettant en place une assurance qualité efficace, en veillant à l'intégrité globale des projets et en respectant la conformité de la sécurité informatique, les processus pertinents de gestion de services informatiques ainsi que les indicateurs de performance associés
  • S'assurer de la faisabilité des différents projets et de la bonne dotation des ressources adéquates à leur mise en œuvre
  • Evaluer et mitiger les risques
  • Documenter les exigences et attentes métiers à travers la réalisation de « business analysis », vérifier qu'elles soient maintenables et veiller à ce que les solutions mises en place y répondent scrupuleusement
  • S'assurer de la livraison des projets en respectant les délais et les coûts fixés
  • Mesurer la performance des projets à l'aide des outils et des techniques appropriées
  • Etre garant de la rédaction précise ainsi que de la diffusion des informations et rapports à destination de la direction informatique et des métiers
  • Evaluer et faire progresser les professionnels travaillant sur les projets
  • Relire et assimiler les niveaux d'engagements traduits par le contrat et négocier des prestations avec les fournisseurs
  • Gérer les relations avec le métier et toutes les parties prenantes (internes et externes)
  • Coordonner les différentes initiatives ainsi bien au niveau Infrastructure que Applicatives

Vos autres missions

  • Contribuer à la préparation de la stratégie et de la budgétisation informatique
  • Participer à l'établissement des objectifs et priorités du département et des équipes pour s'aligner sur les objectifs métiers et les maintenir
  • Evaluer régulièrement les objectifs, les plans, les procédures et les pratiques du service et des équipes et apporter les changements appropriés si nécessaire
  • Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Participer au tri des déchets, et aux économies d'énergie en ayant un comportement responsable

Le profil requis

Etudes / formations :

Diplôme d'études supérieures (Ingénieur ou Master) en informatique ou expérience équivalente dans une fonction similaire

Expérience :

5-7 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en project management
