Responsabilités
Responsable de la configuration, de l'administration, de la sécurité, de l'optimisation, et de la conformité de ces solutions. Vous fournirez également un support technique de niveau 2 aux utilisateurs finaux, résolvant les problèmes et répondant aux questions liées à Microsoft 365.
Maîtrise des Solutions Microsoft 365 : Démontrer une expertise approfondie des produits Microsoft 365, y compris Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, PowerApps, Exchange Online, Defender, Azure AD, PowerShell et d'autres applications pertinentes de la suite. Restez constamment à jour avec les évolutions des produits Microsoft 365 et les meilleures pratiques:
- Configurer, administrer, documenter et maintenir les solutions Microsoft 365, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient sécurisées, optimisées et conformes aux normes de l'entreprise. Assurer la gestion des autorisations, la personnalisation des paramètres et des fonctionnalités, ainsi que la surveillance des performances.
- Fournir un support technique de niveau 2 aux utilisateurs finaux de Microsoft 365.
- Identifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes, en répondant efficacement aux questions et aux demandes d'assistance.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des politiques de sécurité pour garantir la protection des données et la confidentialité.
- Surveiller les vulnérabilités et les menaces, et prendre des mesures correctives en conséquence.
- Organiser des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs finaux afin de maximiser leur utilisation efficace de Microsoft 365.
- Élaborer des ressources de formation, des guides et des documents d'auto-assistance.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus, des flux de travail et de l'efficacité liées à Microsoft 365.
- Proposer des solutions innovantes pour répondre aux besoins changeants de l'entreprise.
Qualifications
- Expérience 5 ans minimum.
- Diplôme en informatique, en gestion des systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe (Master serait un plus).
- Expérience confirmée dans l'administration et la gestion de solutions Microsoft 365.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques et en diagnostic.
- Connaissance des normes de sécurité et de conformité liées à Microsoft 365. Certification Microsoft 365 ou équivalente serait un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
