Client Description:
Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to work full-time at their Luxembourg office for a duration of 1-2 years. The role mandates on-site presence five days a week, in accordance with our company policy with some flexibility allowed.

Job Description:

small team of 4 people in Luxembourg representing the functions of accounting, tax, treasury and legal. Operations involve 16 active legal entities across EMEA, predominantly in Luxembourg engaging in intercompany financing and/or holding activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Analysts with day-to-day administrative and accounting support

  • Process and monitor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policy and timely payments

  • Handle postal duties and incoming/outgoing correspondence

  • Collect signatures on legal and internal documents

  • Provide support on various ad hoc tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

? Experience: 1 to 2 years in accounting or administrative roles

? Education: Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)

? Tools: Basic proficiency or willingness to learn Google Workspace, SAP ERP, and banking platforms

Languages: English fluency required; French or German is a plus

? Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized

  • Reliable with strong sense of accountability

  • Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
