To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer speaking french and english.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Technical management of the Office 365 plateform
  • Structures technical approaches in various projects related to the platform
  • Contributes to technical discussions with field engineers
  • Participates in building the vision to guide and channel future developments; with the aim of chieving an effective corporate solution
  • Actively manages the Modern Workplace platform (Intune)
  • Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and evolve solutions in the Cloud (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) in a continuous improvement manner
  • Handle all administrative tasks in this environment (migration, deployment, rollout, etc.)
  • Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation files, procedures, processes, runbooks, etc.)
  • Contribute to identifying IT department risks and security issues related to this infrastructure
  • Ensure knowledge transfer for business continuity and within the support team
  • Ensure ticket follow-up with team and users

Your profile:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of cloud-oriented and on-premise technical architectures
    • Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon, Google
    • Microsoft 365 services and tools
    • Intune and Autopilot
    • Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
    • Exchange/Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
    • Azure monitoring tools
    • Scripting (PowerShell), Azure automation and modernization tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
    • Kubernetes, AKS, Docker)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Client, service, and business-oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills
    • Professional communication and behavior in all interactions
    • Real team player with the ability to propose and convince
    • Able to work both autonomously and within a dynamic team
    • Organized and meticulous
    • Proactive, able to challenge the model drawn up
    • Curious, concerned, and able to acquire new knowledge
