Support-Ebene).Terminvereinbarung in unserem internen IT-SystemBearbeitung der PostBearbeitung von internationalen AnfragenBearbeitung von BeschwerdenAllgemeine administrative Aufgaben Obligatorische Anforderungen Secrétaire médicale, medizinische Fachangestellte oder vergleichbare Erfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren.Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Call-Center/telefonische Kunden-Patienten-Betreuung.Kunden-Patienten-orientiertes ArbeitenGute soziale und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten für den Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen.Ausgestattet mit Teamgeist und Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeit.Geschult im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten: Eine Schulung in GDPR/RGPD wäre von Vorteil.Sehr gute Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen, deutschen, französischen sowie englischen SpracheGute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools (Word/Excel/Outlook)
