Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio:
- Strukturierung / Restrukturierung von Alternativen Investmentfonds(AIFs) in Luxemburg und Deutschland (Aufsichtsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Steuerrecht), auch in Abstimmung mit Rechtsberatern;
- Erstellung / Abstimmung (intern und extern) der Legaldokumentation für die betreffenden AIFs;
- Beantragung / Aufrechterhaltung von Vertriebserlaubnissen in Luxemburg, Deutschland und Österreich;
- Führung der Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden, Vertragsparteien, externen Kanzleien/Beratern, sonstigen Dienstleistern sowie Abstimmung innerhalb des Geschäftsfelds Fondsdienstleistungen;
- Transaktionsmanagement: Rechtliche und steuerliche Einwertung von Anlagevorschlägen (ggf. unter Einbindung von externen Dritten);
- Beratung neuer / bestehender Kunden bzgl. projektspezifischer Fragestellungen;
- Ansprechpartner intern / extern betreffend das Aufgabengebiet;
- Selbstständige Auswertung und Umsetzung von neuen regulatorischen Anforderungen;
- Interner und externer Ansprechpartner im Zusammenhang mit neuen und bestehende Fondstrukturen
- Einbindung bzw. Unterstützung in der Umsetzung von Neuprojekten;
Sie als Mensch und Profi:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strukturierung idealerweise mit Bezug zu Alternativen Investment Produkten, insbesondere im Bereich von Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate oder Infrastructure sowie Immobilien, wäre von Vorteil;
- relevante Berufserfahrung im Zusammenhang mit Fondsauflagen, Migrationen und Fusionen inklusive dazugehöriger operationeller Abläufe;
- erste Erfahrungen mit Transaktionsprüfungen;
- sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und gute Auffassungsgabe sowie ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen;
- sehr gute Deutsch- sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
