Category Manager

• Create transparency, analyze, and understand all areas of her categories and suppliers (incl. spend, TCO, market structure, trends, demand management levers and risks)
• Development and improvement of required goods and service portfolio, e.g., standardization, simplification
• Establish standard product portfolio and provide continuous development and of the respective product groups in close collaboration with the business stakeholders in Crossfunctional collaboration (e.g., PSD team)

• Ensure costefficient sourcing of Commodities according to specifications and market
• Translate savings targets into sourcing plan and develop short

• Prepare and negotiate contracts and contract updates with key suppliers based on defined pricing and quality targets and ensure required confirmation and documentation
• Devise & steer corrective actions in case of deviations to total cost of the overall Commodities supply strategy
• Implement supplier framework agreement with strategic suppliers with support from Legal, manage contract durations and contract database

The position(s) is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate tasks in purchasing, inventory management and catering work is carried out in an optimal and efficient manner.

• Responsible for procurement processes
• Be responsible for daily contacts with suppliers
• Responsible for supplier safety at vendors and search for the right material and supplier
• Work with the purchase administration such as price conditions, monitoring of delivery and invoice control.
• Identification and control of inventory
• Maintain specifications in accordance with quality and process compliance targets
• Create, maintain accuracy, qualitycontrol all material, supplierand contractrelated master data in all relevant systems incl. SAP, DI+
• Ensure purchase of goods and services according to company guidelines
• Support Category Leader in execution of purchase management process and realization of defined savings
• Support conclusion of contracts, document and issue to suppliers under guidance from Unit manager in line with relevant deadlines, conditions and KPIs
• Prepare and support department specific reporting and analysis

• You are fluent in
  English and German:
